ICE-TEK. Granular ice makers
0°C large sized ice, providing the ideal humidity degree (between 15% and 20%). Bright compact pure grains. Excellent for:

The evaporator, heart of the machine, is made of a cylinder, cooled down to very low temperature thanks to the gas (R404a) expansion. The water freezes on its surface and gets extruded through a draw-plate into grains.
